Karate For Families - Fall 2025

Ages 5+ Kindergarten - Adult
This activity provids an opportunity for the entire family to partiicpate in a way that does not have a negative impact on the pocketbook.
~ Karate for Kids and Adult Karate & Self-Defense program curriculum
~ Lessons on family safety and protection
~ How to avoid conflict using awareness and communication
~ Drills and exercises

Thursdays:
Session l:    Sept 11 - Oct 16 (6 weeks)  
Session ll:   Nov 6 - December 18 (6weeks)  No class Nov 27
Location:     Parcells Middle School, Girls Gym
Time:           7:30  - 8:15 pm
Fee:             $90/family/6 weeks
