this intensive one-day program is designed to help golfers of all skill levels increase their swing speed and improve their overall performance on the course.  We will discuss the foundations for generating speed in golf, how to use the ground properly, swing speed drills, and fitness training principles that can help to maximize  your speed on the course.

Five main points:
~  Use ground more effectively
~  Create more force with legs - Force = mass x acceleration
~  Move upper body faster
~  More lag and timing your release
~  Create a bigger swing arc
This will include squatting, dead lifting, medicine ball throws, jumping (box jumps), pushing/pulling bands and swinging.
