Fitness Class: Tai Chi

Tai Chi for Health with Vernice is a gentle exercise program that combines slow, flowing movements with deep breathing and mindfulness.  Designed to improve balance, flexibility, and overall well-being, this class is suitable for all fitness levels.  Participants will learn foundational Tai Chi techniquest thta promote relaxation, reduce stress, and enhance both pysical and mental health.  Whether you're seeking a lo-impact workout or a way to calm the mind, Tai Chi offers a holistic approach to well-being in a supportive and peaceful environment.

Fee:    Free for members, $10 Non-members per class
