Fitness class: 12 Poses for Osteoporosis
Yoga poses to help reverse oseoporosis and reduce its progression. A workshop designed to discuss and explain various postures, and counter indications for health issues you may have. Consistent past yoga practice is an asset to the workshop, including chair yoga practice. Standing ability, holding on to the chair as needed, is acceptable.
Dates: Saturday, November 29, 2025 Time: 10:30am - 1:00pm Fee: MEMBERS - Free, Non-Member $20 Location: Neighborhood Club, Boardrooms, Second floor Instructor: Ann Davis, 55-year yoga practice, IAYT Max: 30 participants
