Adaptive Indoor Rowing - Fall 2026

Adaptive Rowing 10 years to Adult
An introduction to rowing for children and adults with mental and/or physical limitations.  This group workout uses state-of-the art Concept ll Rowing  Ergometers. Family members are encouraged to register and join the workout.

Fridays:        September 18 - December 18, 2026  (No class Nov 27)
Fee:             $43/13 weeks
Time:            5 - 6 pm
Location:      Neighborhood Club Recreation and Wellness Center, Lower Level Rowing Room
