Baby Dance Club with Alexandra Page - Ages 0 - 18 months

Join us for Baby Dance Club, a high-energy, 30 minute dance party perfect for parents and caregivers to enjoy with their little ones!  This NC Fit Academy class, let by Alexandra Page, is a fantastic way to connect with your baby and get your body moving.  

Who's Baby Dance Club for?
It's designed for babies ages 0 -18 months and their caregivers.  Forget the nursery rhymes, we play upbeat tunes that will get you laughing, wiggling, and bonding!

What to Expect:
~  A little workout for the caregiver!  You'll get moving and grooving while connecting with your little one.
~  Bonding and fun in a relaxed environment.
~  Seated options and breaks are always encouraged.
           Come dance, bond, and have a blast!

~  Dancing feet for caregiver - no shoes allowed - just your tiny toes and endless smiles!

Free for Family membership holders.  Must have Family Membership prior to registration.
